Reserved Parking for the Viva Parking Garage.

Residents of Viva can rent a 24/7 reserved parking space in the garage below the Viva building. Spaces are available for a semester, the academic year or the full length of your license agreement (11.5 months).

Reserved spaces are available only to residents of Viva but cannot be guaranteed in the Viva Parking Garage. Proof of residency may be required. Parking will sell out; in order to avoid losing your parking space in the spring semester, purchasing an Academic Year or 11.5 Month Parking Permit is highly recommended.

Rates

• $690 – 11.5 Month Parking including Winter and Summer Breaks (August 23, 2024 – August 1, 2025) (Viva ONLY)
• $550 – Academic Year 2024-2025 including Winter & Spring Break (August 23, 2024 – May 16, 2025)
• $300 – Fall 2024 including Winter Break (August 23, 2024 – January 20, 2025)

Information

The space you rent will be yours and yours alone 24 hours a day.

Your permit is only valid for your space in the Viva Parking Garage. It cannot be used in other spaces in the Viva Garage or at other campus parking lots.

Parking at Viva is tandem style, meaning each parking space is extra-long and two cars park in single file in the space. Tandem spaces are shared between two people who live in the same apartment.

Large and oversized vehicles cannot be guaranteed a space or an accommodation and will be refunded the permit purchase price should the vehicle be too large to fit in the space/garage/lot.

Permits are sold on a first-come, first-served basis with spaces assigned in the order received. Purchasing a permit does not guarantee a space and residency at Viva does not guarantee any resident a parking space in the Viva Parking Garage. If no spaces are available for your apartment, we will contact you before move-in and refund your purchase. Space assignments are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Aztec Shops.

Parking Permits will be available for pick-up during Move-In based on the following schedule:

• August 21-23, 2024: 10am – 4pm at the Viva Front Desk

Your car must be in its assigned parking space by 12:01am on August 23, 2024, or face the possibility of your car being towed at your expense.

Beginning Monday, August 26, 2024, permits will be available for pick-up at the Viva Front Desk weekdays from 10am – 4pm.

Please bring a photo id. Reserved spaces are available to residents of Viva ONLY. Residency will be verified.
