The space you rent will be yours and yours alone 24 hours a day.
Your permit is only valid for your space at University Towers. It cannot be used in other spaces at University Towers or at other campus parking lots.
Large and oversized vehicles cannot be guaranteed a space or an accommodation and will be refunded the permit purchase price should the vehicle be too large to fit in the space/garage/lot.
Permits are sold on a first-come, first-served basis with spaces assigned in the order received. Space assignments are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Aztec Shops.
Parking permits for University Towers will be available for pick-up during Move-In at the following locations:
Granada Front Desk:
- Wednesday, August 21, 2024 from 10am – 12pm and 3pm – 5pm
University Towers Parking Office:
- Thursday, August 22, 2024 from 10am – 12pm and 3pm – 5pm
- Friday, August 23, 2024 from 10am – 12pm and 3pm – 5pm
- Sunday, August 25, 2025 from 12pm – 4pm
Your car must be in its assigned parking space by 12:01am on August 23, 2024 or face the possibility of your car being towed at your expense.
Beginning Monday, August 26, 2024, permits will be available for pick-up in the University Towers Parking Office weekdays from 10:30am - 12pm and 3:30pm – 5pm.
Please bring a photo ID. Reserved spaces are available only to residents of University Towers, College Campanile or Viva only. Residency will be verified.
