Information
The space you rent will be yours and yours alone 24 hours a day.
Your permit is only valid for your assigned space at Sunset Plaza. It cannot be used in other spaces at Sunset Plaza or at other campus parking lots.
Large and oversized vehicles cannot be guaranteed a space or an accommodation and will be refunded the permit purchase price should the vehicle be too large to fit in the space/garage/lot.
Permits are sold on a first-come, first-served basis with spaces assigned in the order received by management. Sunset Plaza parking is available in garage tandem spaces shared with other residents of your apartment (only) or single spaces. Single spaces may be requested but are not guaranteed. Purchasing a permit does not guarantee a space. If no spaces are available for your apartment, we will contact you before move-in and refund your purchase. Space assignments are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Aztec Shops.
Parking Permits will be available for pick-up during Move-In based on the following schedule:
August 21-23, 2024: 10am – 4pm at the Sunset Plaza Front Desk
Your car must be in its assigned parking space by 12:01am on August 23, 2024, or face the possibility of your car being towed at your expense
Beginning Monday, August 26, 2024, permits will be available for pick-up at the Sunset Plaza Front Desk weekdays from 10am – 4pm.
Please bring a photo ID. Reserved spaces are available only to residents of Sunset Plaza. Residency will be verified.
