Your permit is only valid for your space at Granada. It cannot be used in other spaces in the Granada Garage or at other campus parking lots.
Parking at Granada is tandem style, meaning each parking space is extra-long and two cars park in single file in the space. Tandem spaces are shared between two people who live in the same apartment.
Large and oversized vehicles cannot be guaranteed a space or an accommodation and will be refunded the permit purchase price should the vehicle be too large to fit in the space/garage/lot.
Permits are sold on a first-come, first-served basis with spaces assigned in the order received. Purchasing a permit does not guarantee a space. If no spaces are available for your apartment, we will contact you before move-in and refund your purchase. Space assignments are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Aztec Shops.
Parking permits and garage remotes controls will be available for pick-up on Move-In at the following locations:
Granada Front Desk:
- Wednesday, August 21, 2024 from 10am – 12pm and 3pm – 5pm
University Towers Parking Office:
- Thursday, August 22, 2024 from 10am – 12pm and 3pm – 5pm
- Friday, August 23, 2024 from 10am – 12pm and 3pm – 5pm
- Sunday, August 25, 2025 from 12pm – 4pm
Your car must be in its assigned parking space by 12:01am on August 23, 2024 or face the possibility of your car being towed at your expense.
Beginning Monday, August 26, 2024, permits will be available for pick-up in the University Towers Parking Office weekdays from 10:30am - 12pm and 3:30pm – 5pm.
Please bring a photo ID. Reserved spaces are available only to residents of Granada. Residency will be verified.
