Reserved Parking at Granada

Residents of Granada can rent a 24/7 reserved parking space in the garage under the residence hall. Spaces are available for a semester or the full length of your license agreement.

Reserved spaces are available only to residents of Granada. Proof of residence may be required. Parking is limited and will sell out; in order to avoid losing your parking space in the spring semester, purchasing an Academic Year Parking Permit is highly recommended.

Rates

  • $550 – Academic Year 2024-2025 including Winter & Spring Break (August 23, 2024 – May 16, 2025)
  • $300 – Fall 2024 including Winter Break (August 23, 2024 – January 20, 2025)
  • $80 – Motorcycle Permit for Academic Year 2024-2025 including Winter & Spring Break (August 23, 2024 – May 16, 2025)
  • $45 – Motorcycle Permit for Fall 2024 including Winter Break (August 23, 2024 – January 20, 2025)

Information

Your permit is only valid for your space at Granada. It cannot be used in other spaces in the Granada Garage or at other campus parking lots.

Parking at Granada is tandem style, meaning each parking space is extra-long and two cars park in single file in the space. Tandem spaces are shared between two people who live in the same apartment.

Large and oversized vehicles cannot be guaranteed a space or an accommodation and will be refunded the permit purchase price should the vehicle be too large to fit in the space/garage/lot.

Permits are sold on a first-come, first-served basis with spaces assigned in the order received. Purchasing a permit does not guarantee a space. If no spaces are available for your apartment, we will contact you before move-in and refund your purchase. Space assignments are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Aztec Shops.

Parking permits and garage remotes controls will be available for pick-up on Move-In at the following locations:

Granada Front Desk:

  • Wednesday, August 21, 2024 from 10am – 12pm and 3pm – 5pm

University Towers Parking Office:

  • Thursday, August 22, 2024 from 10am – 12pm and 3pm – 5pm
  • Friday, August 23, 2024 from 10am – 12pm and 3pm – 5pm
  • Sunday, August 25, 2025 from 12pm – 4pm

Your car must be in its assigned parking space by 12:01am on August 23, 2024 or face the possibility of your car being towed at your expense.

Beginning Monday, August 26, 2024, permits will be available for pick-up in the University Towers Parking Office weekdays from 10:30am - 12pm and 3:30pm – 5pm.

Please bring a photo ID. Reserved spaces are available only to residents of Granada. Residency will be verified.
