The space you rent will be yours and yours alone 24 hours a day.
Your permit is only valid for your space at Fraternity Row. It cannot be used in other spaces at Frat Row or at other campus parking lots.
Large and oversized vehicles cannot be guaranteed a space or an accommodation and will be refunded the permit purchase price should the vehicle be too large to fit in the space/garage/lot.
Permits are sold on a first-come, first-served basis with spaces assigned in the order received. Fraternity Row parking is available only in tandem spaces shared with other residents of your apartment. Purchasing a permit does not guarantee a space. If no spaces are available for your apartment, we will contact you before move-in and refund your purchase. Space assignments are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Aztec Shops.
Parking Permits and Garage Remotes will be included in your move-in packet, along with your apartment keys, when you move in on Move-In Day.
Your car must be in its assigned parking space by 12:01am on January 21, 2024 or face the possibility of your car being towed at your expense.
Parking permits will be available for pick-up in the Fraternity Row Office weekdays from 10am – 5pm.
Please bring a photo ID. Reserved spaces are available only to residents of Fraternity Row. Proof of residence will be required.
