The space you rent will be yours and yours alone 24 hours a day.
Your permit is only valid for your assigned space at Aztec Corner. It cannot be used in other spaces at Aztec Corner or at other campus parking lots.
Large and oversized vehicles cannot be guaranteed a space or an accommodation and will be refunded the permit purchase price should the vehicle be too large to fit in the space/garage/lot.
Permits are sold on a first-come, first-served basis with spaces assigned in the order received by management. Aztec Corner parking is available in garage tandem spaces shared with other residents of your apartment (only), and single spaces. Single spaces may be requested but are not guaranteed. Single spaces are located in the alley behind the building between Lindo Paseo and Montezuma Road and will not have a garage remote assigned to them. Purchasing a permit does not guarantee a space. If no spaces are available for your apartment, we will contact you before move-in and refund your purchase. Space assignments are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Aztec Shops and Aztec Corner Management (ACC).
Parking Permits will be available for pick-up on Move-In Day at the following locations:
- August 21, 2023: 10am - 3pm at the Aztec Corner Main Office
- August 22, 2023: 10am - 3pm at the Aztec Corner Main Office
- August 23, 2023: 10am - 3pm at the Aztec Corner Main Office
Your car must be in its assigned parking space by 12:01am on August 23, 2024 or face the possibility of your car being towed at your expense.
Beginning August 23, 2024, permits will be available for pick-up in the Aztec Corner Main Office weekdays from 10am - 3:30pm.
Please bring a photo ID. Reserved spaces are available only to residents of Aztec Corner. Residency will be verified.
